This is a collaboration four course Beer Dinner between Ramstein Brewery founder, Greg Zaccardi, and Chef Thomas Ciszak of Blue Morel Restaurant. The dinner will feature “TC Dunkel Ale”, a collaboration beer between Ramstein and Chef Thomas Ciszak. TC Dunkel was aged for three months in the same whiskey barrel that was used for Chef Thomas’ TC Private Select Bourbon.
In addition, The TC Dunkel just received an Award of Excellence from the US Beer tasting Championship. The event will be a four-course sit down dinner with a menu created by Blue Morel Executive Chef, Dennis Mathews. $59 per person before tax and gratuity.
