Holiday CraftMorristown, December 8, 9, 10, 2017, is New Jersey’s most exciting holiday shopping experience and the best place to find uncommon and extraordinary gifts for everyone on your holiday list. This three-day, curated event offers creative gift shoppers and design lovers the rare opportunity to meet one hundred and sixty-five visionary American makers, artists and craftspeople and purchase their latest works. In addition to thousands of distinctive and beautifully crafted objects there are silk-dying, basket weaving and coppersmithing demonstrations as well as a gourmet specialty food boutique.
Craftspeople and fine artists will be traveling from 20 states to exhibit and sell their creations. These exceptional indie artists infuse each of their pieces with a distinctive creative vision making one-of-a-kind and limited edition: jewelry; apparel and accessories; furniture; home décor; functional and sculptural works in ceramics, glass, metal, wood and mixed media; fine art painting, printmaking, drawing and photography. The show hours for Holiday CraftMorristown are Friday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. General admission is $9 (includes unlimited re-entry); seniors are $8; children under 16 are free. The Morristown Armory is located at 430 Western Ave. in Morristown, NJ. It is most accessible from Route 287 and is less than an hour train ride from Penn Station in Manhattan.
