A Journey in Pysanky
Kelly Evans, author of the book, “MAKING PYSANKY My Journey” will explore the history, tradition, and symbolism of Pysanky-an enduring artform of Ukrainian heritage and other Eastern European cultures where patterns are drawn on eggs with wax and dyed to create intricate and colorful designs. Evans will discuss the process of making Pysanky by drawing from his lifelong personal research and experience.
