Patriot’s Path

270 Mendham Rd * Morristown * NJ 07960

Patriot’s Path travels for 292 acres along the Whippany River, Black River and Raritan River. There are 55 miles of main trails and 35 miles of spur trails, making it excellent for hiking, biking and equestrian trails and green open spaces. Over time, Patriot’s Path has developed into a network of several dozen federal, state, county and municipal parks, watershed lands, historic sites and other points of interest across Morris County.

Of Special Note:

  • Extends from East Hanover and connects the Lenape Trail in Essex County to Allamuchy Mountain State Park in Sussex County
  • Intersects the Columbia Trail in Washington Township
