The Morristown & Morris Township Library is home to the North Jersey History & Genealogy Center, a research department with over 60,000 books, maps, microfilm, archival and manuscript collections relating to New Jersey. The library also houses an exhibition gallery with rotating exhibits culled from the library’s extensive local history archives.

  • Maps, artifacts and photography archives, including digital photo collections                             
  • Local family genealogies and other source books and periodicals on history and historic preservation                           
  • Free genealogy subscriptions access and assistance
