Grow It Green Morristown’s mission is to create sustainable farms and community gardens that can provide equal access to fresh, local food by transforming abandoned or under-utilized areas of Morristown into beautiful and useful green spaces. The group provides community educational programs focused on healthy eating and environmental stewardship.

Grow It Green has two gardens – the Urban Farm (31 Hazel Street) and Early Street Community Garden (17 Early Street). Urban Farm has a CSA program for fresh produce from June through October.

• Winter Farmers’ Market at Alexander Hamilton School, in Morristown on Sundays
• Early Street Community Garden provides space for 100+ families to grow their own food, flowers, and herbs

• 3,000 students from pre-K to college visit the garden each year to learn about urban farming
