BOLT Fitness and Performance training was built with one purpose: to help people age 40 and older lose weight, get stronger, and become the best versions of themselves through pain-free fitness and real-world nutrition.  BOLT staff have spent thousands of hours coaching people of all ages, weights, colors, and backgrounds on how to create healthier lifestyles.

Of Special Note:

  • The staff have many hours of formal education in the field
  • Staff is encouraged to complete continuing education courses
