2. Matilda's Tea Party, February 4, The Frelinghuysen Arboretum, Morristown
What better way to spend a cold winter afternoon than sipping tea with your favorite young person than at the 9th Annual Matilda’s Tea. Did Matilda Frelinghuysen take tea when she lived at Whippany Farm, now the arboretum? What is a high tea and what other kinds of beverages might she have imbibed? What kind of spices warm up a cold February table? Learn to pour, fold fancy napkins, and enjoy delicious tea sandwiches and treats both savory and sweet. All young tea-takers will make several different kinds of party favors to use in their own tea parties at home. Recommended for age 6 and up. A snow date of Saturday, February 11 is scheduled for this program.

3. Winter's Day on the Farm, February 5, Fosterfields Living Historical Farm, Morristown
Take part in wintertime activities much like farm families experienced in the 1920s. Learn how ice from the pond was harvested using special ice-cutting tools. Watch the Belgian draft horses haul ice blocks on a sled up to The Willows' ice house. Help the farmers tap maple trees in the woods. On the farm, collect eggs, saw and stack wood, build birdhouses, and husk corn. See wood stove cooking in the Farmhouse. Meet the resident farm animals. Take a tractor-pulled wagon ride around the farm. Create Valentines in the Visitors Center auditorium.

4. A Blue Moon Revue--Doo Wop group, February 17, Investors Theatre—RoxPAC, Succasunna
The sensational Doo Wop group--A Blue Moon Review--will again perform at RoxPAC. These spectacular singers have entertained audiences with "The Best Music of Our Times" for over 18 years at summer series, charity events, and many of New Jersey's finest restaurants.
